Finally, I can throw away my laziness (is it a word?) to make a new blog post.
In this opportunity I will share to you about something sweet and chewy. Yes, it is candy. Who is excited?
After twice failed trial made this candy, finally I succeed at third trial made this candy.
Okay. Go on to the recipe and direction
Recipe :
1 sachet "agar-agar swallow" plain
200 gram granulated sugar
200 ml water
a few drop of food coloring
Refined sugar

actually I have taken a couple of shot of jelly candy but the files are not with me now.
a little story why I can not upload a few shots of jelly candy with different angle, zoom, and size because I have moved to far far far away from my house and I have not copied the files to my notebook yet. I become an employee and my office is so far away from my house. so I live in boarding house again. Alone. and sadly I am still lonely until now (it has been 2 weeks).
Ok. It's enough about my (sad) story.
Review about the Jelly
I think the jelly is too sweet even I can not eat a piece of candy in one bite because of the sweetness. I suggest you to skip the refined sugar and substitute it with another layer of candy in different color so the taste is not too sweet.
Ok, try it in your kitchen.
Trust me, making jelly candy rolled is worth to try than buy it in a market because of the prizes.

Okay. Go on to the recipe and direction
Recipe :
1 sachet "agar-agar swallow" plain
200 gram granulated sugar
200 ml water
a few drop of food coloring
Refined sugar
Direction :
- Prepare a plastic container that can be used at high temperature. Drop a few of water to the container so that it become wet.
- Mix all ingredients except refined sugar into a saucepan /pan whatever you have for cook the ingredients
- Heat the ingredients with medium heat.
- Stir it up to boiled.
- After the mixture boiled, turn down the heat up to lower heat
- Stir it up to the mixture become thick, sticky and like a mixture of "gulali di abang2 jajanan SD"
- Turn off the heat
- Pour the mixture to the container. wait until it set and not too sticky.
- After the layer is set well and sprinkle refined sugar. Roll up slowly
- wait until jelly rolled harden than before.
- Slice it
